If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

🕒 Timeframe

We will accommodate all complaints reported within 30 days of delivery.

📅 If you request a replacement within 7 days, it will be provided free of cost.
After 7 days, certain charges may apply.

🛠️ Replacement Process

1️⃣ Initiation

To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.

In many cases, the issue is due to product usage, and our team will guide you through a solution. If it is confirmed that the product is indeed faulty:

We will request you to ship the faulty product (with original box and accessories) to:

Within 5 working days of receiving the returned product, your replacement will be shipped free of charge.

3️⃣ OPTION B – Pickup and Replace

We will arrange a courier pickup and send a replacement within 14 working days.
Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories for pickup.
